$300/month plus $200 set up fee

When your goal becomes more than just crossing the finish line you need more specific training of your mind and body. This level of coaching is designed for the competitive athlete looking to attain his/her highest level of performance. Have your coach available at many of your workouts to help you along the way.

• Initial Consultation: Includes assessment of goals, prioritizing race schedule, and gathering of information necessary to create training schedules
• Monthly training schedule
• Interaction with coach during group functions
• Initial evaluation of swim, bike, and run form

Coaching with Andrea-Level II USA Triathlon Certified Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist

$250/month plus one-time $100 set up fee

Andrea's services are designed for the athlete who is new to the sport of triathlon. Much attention is given to the new athlete during group activities to properly prepare you for your goals. Our mission is to help you get to the start line equipped with all the skills necessary to have a safe and exciting race, do the best you can possibly do, and finish with a smile and the desire to do it all over again!

• Monthly training schedule
• Interaction with coach during group functions
• Initial evaluation of swim, bike, and run form

• Bike packing and unpacking; includes all necessary adjustments
• Reservations for airline, car rental or service, and hotel arrangements
• Race Venue Support-ask for specific details as every engagement is different

• One on One Private Training $70/hour (outcall extra)
• Private Swim Lessons $35/half hour client is responsible for facility entry fees
• Yearly Training Plan $200.00
